Trevor Cernivz Wins Alouettes Pass Punt and Kick Competition

Linebacker Trevor Cernivz of the Lions has won the Pass Punt and Kick competition in the Bantam/Cadet category that was recently hosted by the Montreal Alouettes. Teams throughout the province were invited to send their best qualifier to compete in their respective age category in a competition where a player's combined total distance in a pass, punt and placekick could earn him a chance at some prizes courtesy of the Montreal Alouettes. After blowing away the rest of the field at the regional portion of the contest Trevor then qualified to move onto the finals at Molson Stadium where he once again left the competition in his dust. For his efforts, Trevor received tickets to an Alouettes game, a game ball signed by the Als and the opportunity to meet most of them in the dressing room before the game. Congratulations Trevor!
