Lions Honour Their Best At Team Awards Banquet

The North Shore Lions held their team awards banquet to recognize the team's best individual efforts of the 2007 season.   As this was such an exceptional season where there was so much talent throughout the team, it was obvious that there could not be only one overall team MVP and that the success of the season was produced by an overall team effort.  Head Coach Jason Jourdenais presented the team MVP award to the entire team, coaching staff and volunteers in recognition of their collective efforts last year.

The winners that were selected for their work in the 2007 season were:  

MVP Offense - Maxx St. James

MVP Defense - Greg Lee

MVP Offensive Line - J.P. Beaudoin

MVP Defensive Line - Kyle Macgregor

MVP Receivers - Simon Lacroix

MVP Defensive Backs - Shaquille Lattimore

 MVP Running Backs - Sammy Mesidor, Matthew John, Eric Locas (3 way tie)

MVP Linebackers - Kevin Kilbourne

MVP Special Teams - Alex Grace

MIP Offense - Damian Hirt

MIP Defense - Dimitri Divolis

Impact Player - Phil Hebert

Brian Sherstone Award - Luka Ricard

Rookie of the Year Offense - Andrew Hopkins

Rookie of the Year Defense - Killian Moore
