Spring Tryout Camp Is Over

After many weeks of blood, sweat and tears the Lions have completed their spring tryout camp for 2007. The first round of cuts have been made and the ones that have been selected will continue on with the Lions at the beginning of the regular season to try and earn a spot on the roster for this year. We had a lot of talented and gifted athletes that came to try out but unfortunately not everyone can make the team. The players who were not selected will go on and try to earn a place on this year's Cheetahs roster. We wish all those players the best of luck for a successful season. The same goes for the Cheetah's coaching staff and we would also like to thank them for their cooperation during this tryout process.

As for the players who will report to the Lions, our first practice will probably be on July 16th. Check back on this website as we will be posting the exact information once we get it. Be ready to show up and work hard as our team has not been finalized yet. We're looking forward to getting another year started and working towards defending our provincial championship title. We want to make sure that we take it again this year.
