Jason Jourdenais Named New Mustangs Head Coach
Jason Jourdenais
has been named the new head coach of the North Shore Mustangs for the
2009 season and will be stepping down as head coach of the Lions after
six seasons and a record 69 straight wins, including 5 consecutive
championships. Coach Jay will be taking over for Justin McHugh
who has recently been named the new head coach of the John Abbott
Islanders football team. There is no decision yet as to who will
take over the reins at the Lions but we will post more information as
it becomes available.

Following the resignation of Jason Jourdenais from the Bantam Lions, the
North Shore Football League will now move forward and accept applications for
the Head Coaching position of the North Shore Lions. Anyone interested in this
Head Coaching position, please forward your application/CV to Justin McHugh at

The successful candidate will possess an outstanding record of communication,
strong leadership skills, top quality management skills and who has a passion
for Quebec Bantam Football. National Coaching Certification Levels is a definite
asset.
The position of Lions Head Coach is a volunteer and part-time position who
reports to the Vice-President of Inter-City of the N.S.F.L.
